Returns and Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return your item within 30 days of purchase. Please reach out to hugeloonggolf@yahoo.co.jp, to receive a return authorization number. Please make sure the issued return authorization number is written on the outside of the box.so our warehouse can identify it upon arrival.

Returns will not be accepted without an return authorization number on the outside of box.

HUGELOONG GOLF does not cover the cost of return shipping.

All returned items must be in NEW and UNUSED condition with original product package. All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued.

Please allow a minimum of 12 days for us to receive and process your return. You can expect a refund within 30 days of when we receive your return. We'll  notify you via email once we've processed the returned product(s). 

 

Exchanges
We are sorry but we do not have an exchange policy at this time. We ask
that you purchase the new item and return the unwanted item. You may
return a product within 30 days of receiving your item.Please see our Return above.
